Welcome

The thing about sending your kid off to a conference is that you just never know what they are going to get into.  Is this some kind of strange cult?  Who exactly is in charge of putting this thing on?  What can I learn about this organization on a local, regional, or national level?  Is there a way for me to be able to “participate” in the conference as a parent?

Hopefully we’ll answer all of these questions and more using this site.  We’ll give you a bird’s-eye view (well, technically, a camera’s-lens view) of the Midsouth Regional Winter conference, and some insider information that especially pertains to you, a parent.  Our hope is to show you that we take seriously that you have loaned us your child for a week.

If you have any questions at all, feel free to contact us.  As of this writing, “us” is one staff guy, though, so please allow a bit for me to get back with you.

During the conference, you can click on “the latest” to see just what is going on, and a play-by-play of the conference.  We’ll share stories and prayer requests there as well.

At our church on Sunday AM we have a group of folks who pray during the service over spiritual battles that are taking place in the auditorium. What a gift to be able join the CCCC conference and more knowledgablly pray for the students, staff and support people. Looking forward to future opportunities.
I will offer a prayer – Lord as the folks who were at the conference reflect on the reasons for which You brought them, we ask that You HOly Spirit would engage each one of them in being transformed by the ways You spoke to them – help them to consider carefully the Scriptures that were intended for them – we pray all this in Your name Jesus and AMEN!! Thanks again, dave
